No, these bulbs are only available for color temperature and brightness tunable, not for RGB color changing.

3. How to control the bulb with Bluetooth?
In order to realize Bluetooth control, the bulb has to be successfully paired with 2.4Ghz WiFi first, then disconnect the 2.4Ghz WiFi with the bulb, after that you can control it with Bluetooth.
4. Does the bulb can be Alexa / Google voice controlled under bluetooth control?
